RP offers a range of career resources to support your career development journey as you navigate forward to deepen your skillsets or diverse to pursue the next career interest.
1. CAREER ADVISORY AT RP CAREER CENTRE
RP alumni within three (3) years of graduation or completion of National Service can continue to tap on education and career guidance services offered by RP Career Centre. Book an appointment with our Education and Career Coaches via for.edu.sg/rpecgappt.
Some of career advisory services offered by our Education and Career Coaches (ECCs) includes supporting you in job searching, acing interviews, reaching clarity on your career decision, scholarship, and personal planning for higher education (be it local or overseas), portfolio development and strengthen profiling of your skillsets to employers and decision making on further training commitment.
2. OTHER CAREER SERVICES AVAILABLE
Singaporeans and Permanent Residents can also access career guidance, professional development and job matching services by Workforce Singapore (WSG) and Employment and Employability Institute (e2i). These agencies provide various career starters and job placement programmes to help you to secure employment.

The Skills Framework provides key sector information, occupations/job roles, and the required existing and emerging skills. Over 32 sectors have been identified and you can reference the depository info of skills competencies and proficiencies of these job roles to map out your future training needs and make plans for career development ahead.
MySkillsFuture is a one-stop portal for the nation’s citizen to plan and track your lifelong learning. You will be able find initiatives suited to your needs at current your life juncture. Training courses eligible for SkillsFuture subsidies can also be found there.
Know your employment rights. As a new entrant to the job market, the Employment Act covers the basic terms and conditions at work for employees. You are covered if you are an employee working under a contract of service with an employer.
